30% prepayment by credit card, charged at the time of booking.

Modification Conditions:

In case of modification, all clients must notify the hotel 48 hours before the arrival date. If the client fails to notify the hotel within the above timeframe, they will be charged as if they had stayed.

Any rental period that has begun is due in full.

Late arrivals or early departures will not be refunded under any circumstances.

For changes made up to 2 days (48 hours) before the arrival date, the hotel will not charge a fee (request made by email).

For last-minute changes (less than 48 hours before the arrival date), the hotel will charge 100% of the total reservation amount (request made by email).

In case of no-show, the hotel will charge 100% of the stay and reserves the right to re-let the room.

For changes made during the stay, the hotel will charge 100% of the stay.

"Non-refundable" reservation: the full amount of the stay is charged at the time of booking. Non-modifiable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable.

The hotelier has the option to re-let a room without delay under the following conditions:

Cancellation by the client.

Modification of the reservation by the client.

No-show by the client.

Error by the client when making the reservation, regarding the dates, number of rooms, or room type.
